Work with me

Find the right support for this season.

You have been building. Now make sure you are building the right thing, in the right direction, with the right support.

Path A · Work directly with IB

A focused conversation

For a founder facing a consequential decision and looking for direct perspective from someone who has built, adapted and learned through experience.

Path B · Ongoing support

Find the right mentor

For founders who need an ongoing relationship, iMentorsPro can help you find a coach or mentor suited to your stage, goals and industry.

Why this work exists

Experience should become access.

After paying £10,000 for a programme whose promised app, website and support did not fully materialise, I understood how expensive the wrong guidance could become. Mercy ElRoi began as a way to help founders find practical support earlier. That conviction eventually became iMentorsPro.
